Locality:Crystal Peak area, 6.5 km northeast of Lake George, Park-Teller Counties, Colorado
Description:Pale amazonite crystals to 26 mm, the blue-green variety of microcline feldspar, with a few smoky quartz crystals to 15 mm along the bottom edge. The blue-green color is due to lead impurities in the microcline.
