Locality:Crystal Peak area, 6.5 km northeast of Lake George, Park-Teller Counties, Colorado
Description:Pale amazonite crystals to 24 mm, the blue-green variety of microcline feldspar, with a doubly-terminated 22 mm smoky quartz crystal along one side. The blue-green color is due to lead impurities in the microcline.
