Mineral:Quartz var. Smoky Quartz (parallel growth)
Locality:Mount Marie Quarry, 7.5 km southeast of Paris Hill, Oxford County, Maine
Description:Lustrous transparent dark-gray smoky quartz crystals with slightly striated prism faces. Most of smoky quartz crystals are in parallel orientation. The cluster is fully crystallized all around. A few terminations have slightly chipped edges.
