Locality: | May Day Pocket, Durgin #1 Prospect, Mount Marie, 7.5 km southeast of Paris Hill, Oxford County, Maine |
Description: | Lustrous transparent green terminated elbaite tourmaline crystal 42 mm long in gray quartz with a few tabular milky quartz crystals to 11 mm along the top edge. The crystal was segmented due to post-crystallization deformation, and a fragment is missing. Collected May 1, 2011 |
