Locality:Green's Farm, 750 m. ESE of Roxbury Falls, Roxbury, New Haven County, Connecticut
Description:Several large red-brown dodecahedral almandine garnet crystals to 18 mm in gray schist with prismatic brown staurolite crystals to 8 mm. The bottom was sawn flat so it stands upright without support. Locality closed to collecting in 2012. Collected ca. 1992
