Locality:Lavra da Ilha, Taquaral, Jequitinhonha River, Minas Gerais, Brazil
Description:Lustrous pink rose quartz crystals to 3.5 mm on milky quartz with rounded translucent brown eosphorite crystals to 0.5 mm. Rose quartz crystals occur at only a few localities worldwide. This locality is on a small island and under water most of the year.
