Description:Gemmy wine-red almandine garnet crystal exposed front and rear along the top edge of gray schist. The almandine crystal is dodecahedral form with trapezohedral edge faces. Ex. Tim Swan collection at River Valley Mineral Museum (Rumford, Maine) #234
