Mineral:Topaz with Hematite inclusions
Locality:Tepetates, San Luis Potosi, Mexico
Description:Cluster of transparent red-brown topaz crystals with minor gray rhyolite matrix. The topaz crystals have simple basal pinacoid terminations with glassy prism faces. The red-brown color is due to microscopic hematite inclusions.
Overall Size:22x15x13 mm
Crystals:micro to 6 mm
