Description:Gray-metallic octahedral galena crystals to 7.5 mm on gray matrix with translucent red-brown sphalerite crystals to 2 mm. The galena crystals have surfaces composed of microscopic parallel crystal faces. Several galena crystals are Spinel-law twinned. Ex. Ray Woodman (1927-2021) collection
