Locality:Sierra Blanca, White Mountain Wilderness, Lincoln County, New Mexico
Description:Lustrous transparent smoky quartz crystal with no matrix attached. The smoky coloration is internally zoned with phantom-growth patterns visible throughout. The prism faces are slightly striated. Collected by John Medici (1938-2022) in Sept. 2003. This site is now closed to collecting.
