Locality:Fairfax Quarry, 6.4 km west of Centreville, Fairfax County, Virginia
Description:Many large apophyllite crystals to 18 mm on translucent green prehnite. The apophyllite crystals are tabular square form, with striated prism faces and have a pearly luster when looking down the C axis.
