Description: | Rich specimen of native copper intermixed with transparent calcite crystals to 10 mm. Where the copper was exposed it has a natural dark patina. The copper included inside the calcite has a bright metallic luster because the calcite prevented oxidation. Ex. Russ Jones collection #134, acquired from Roy Plummer |
