Locality:Ellenville Zinc Co. Mine, Ellenville, Ulster County, New York
Description:Large specimen of blocky metallic chalcopyrite crystals to 18 mm on lustrous colorless quartz crystals to 30 mm with bands of black sphalerite ore in the matrix. The pyrite crystals have a sooty coating of chalcocite microcrystals. Collected ca. 1900
