Locality: | Emmons Quarry, southeastern slope of Uncle Tom Mountain, Greenwood, Oxford County, Maine |
Description: | Prismatic black schorl tourmaline crystals running through gray quartz and tan albite. The schorl crystals were embedded in solid rock, not in a cavity, and are not terminated. Collected in October 1989 |
