Locality:Mount Dayakou tungsten mine, 6 km northeast of Mengdong village, Malipo County, Yunnan Province, China
Description:Stubby transparent green emerald crystal, the green gem variety of the mineral species beryl, exposed on the border between translucent calcite and gray schist. The emerald crystal was longer but the broke during collection.
