Locality:Dzhezkazgan Mine, Karaganda Oblast', Kazakhstan
Description:Transparent yellow-to-brown octahedral sphalerite crystals to 15 mm on lustrous transparent colorless quartz crystals to 3 mm. Several faces of the largest sphalerite crystal have a coating of yellow-metallic chalcopyrite microcrystals. Collected ca. 1995
