Locality:Rumford, Oxford County, Maine
Description:Scepter-shaped formation of a lustrous transparent pale-smoky quartz crystal 24 mm wide overgrown on a narrower milky quartz crystal 35 mm long. No exact locality was provided by the collector who was hiding the source. Ex. Thomas A. Penney (1934-2019) collection #226, collected in the 1960s-70s.
