Locality:Kelly Mine, Magdalena District, Socorro County, New Mexico
Description:Double-sided specimen of translucent pale-yellow smithsonite crystals to 1.2 mm over brown goethite-hematite in spherical aggregates to 1.0 mm diameter. The smithsonite crystals have silky luster due to microscopic faces on the surfaces.
