Description: | Doubly-terminated compound crystal of black schorl tourmaline to 50 mm in biotite schist with crudely crystallized translucent red almandine garnet crystals to 8 mm. The schorl is very complete with only a few incomplete corners. Ex. Thomas A. Penney (1934-2019) collection |
