Description:Partial crystal of lustrous transparent Herkimer Diamond, the variety of quartz crystals found in the Herkimer, N.Y. region, with skeletal habit of parallel internal hollow zones. The underside is incomplete and the cavities are exposed. Ex. Thomas A. Penney (1934-2019) collection #308.
