Description: | Metallic pseudo-cubic acanthite pseudomorphs after argentite crystals in flattened formation of parallel crystals with gray outer surfaces. The argentite crystallized first, but is only stable above 179° C, then altered to acanthite pseudomorphs. Ex. E. Carmichael collection |
