Mineral:Galena and Calcite on Dolomite with Chalcopyrite
Locality:Sweetwater Mine, Viburnum Trend, Reynolds County, Missouri
Description:Lustrous gray-metallic cubic galena crystals to 11 mm and a lustrous 18 mm transparent yellow hexagonal calcite crystal on dolostone with light-gray dolomite crystals to 1 mm. Some galena crystals are coated with metallic chalcopyrite microcrystals.
