Mineral: | Dravite-Schorl Tourmaline fans |

Description: | Lustrous slender black tourmaline crystals in fan-shaped groups of radiating crystals in fine-grained schist. References disagree about whether this is dravite or schorl tourmaline. I suggest they should be labeled dravite-schorl to be safe. Ex. Thomas A. Penney (1934-2019) collection #370, collected in the 70s. |
