Description:Lustrous transparent tanzanite crystal, the trichroic gem variety of the mineral species zoisite, with striated prism faces and angled termination. The tanzanite crystal has excellent clarity and shows distinct color change: front=violet, side=blue. Weight: 12.5 carats
