Description: | Lustrous transparent dark smoky quartz crystal with fragments of white albite on the bottom where it was attached. The termination faces of the smoky quartz crystal have microscopic colorless inclusions that give a gray appearance to the faces. Ex. Thomas A. Penney (1934-2019) collection, collected in the 70s. Found in the float below the famous Moose Pocket discovered by Peter Samuelson in 1988 |
