Mineral:Quartz with epimorphs after Laumontite
Locality:Diamond Ledge, Stafford Springs, Tolland County, Connecticut
Description:Quartz crystals to 18 mm with milky quartz epimorphs after elongated laumontite crystals up to 28 mm long. The laumontite crystallized first, was coated with quartz crystals, then the laumontite dissolved leaving hollow centers. Collected by Wilfred Wil J. Talbot (1931-2019) ca. 1984
