Locality: | Orchard Quarry, Buckfield, Oxford County, Maine |
Description: | Lustrous transparent-to-translucent gem-grade bi-colored beryl crystal with no matrix. The upper third of the beryl crystal is pale aquamarine, the lower portions are yellow heliodor. Very few of these crystals were found, and even fewer not kept by Gary Gift of Gary Freeman. Collected in 2002 |
