Locality:Harvard Quarry, Noyes Mountain, Greenwood, Oxford County, Maine
Description:Cavity lined with lustrous transparent purple fluorapatite crystals to 3 mm with a few lustrous colorless transparent quartz crystals to 3 mm. The fluorapatite crystals are tabular hexagonal form. Fluorapatite crystals are now hard to find at this site. Ex. Thomas A. Penney (1934-2019) collection #132, collected ca. 1970
