Description:Transparent-to-translucent aquamarine crystal, the blue gem variety of the mineral species beryl, with heavily etched faces. The aquamarine crystal appears to be doubly-terminated, but the surface etching makes it difficult to determine absolutely. Ex. Thomas A. Penney (1934-2019) collection #135
