Locality:Tafelkop, Goboboseb Mountains, 27 km west of Brandberg Mountain, Erongo region, Namibia
Description:Lustrous transparent deep-purple amethyst quartz crystals on brown-white matrix. The amethyst crystal has microscopic transparent red hematite crystals included in the surfaces. The rear termination face is incomplete. Collected ca. 1990
