Mineral:Sulfur over Aragonite
Locality:Cianciana, Agrigento Province, Sicily, Italy
Description:Bright-yellow transparent sulfur crystals to 7 mm with silky surface luster over colorless aragonite crystals to 0.5 mm in hemispherical aggregates to 8 mm diameter. The aragonite fluoresces white and phosphoresces under SW UV illumination.
