Description: | Lustrous translucent-to-transparent dark gray-blue bladed vivianite crystals on one face of a fossilized bivalve mollusk. The organic mollusk provided the phosphates that recrystallized to form the vivianite crystals in voids. Ex. M. Zinn collection #2159 |
