Locality:Fanwood Quarry (Weldon Quarry), Watchung, Somerset County, New Jersey
Description:Lustrous colorless apophyllite crystals to 15 on colorless quartz crystals to 1 mm lining one face of matrix with yellow hemispherical prehnite crystals to 7 mm. This specimen is from a little-collected quarry, still active, but closed to collectors. Ex Jeff Weissman collection #524; ex. Betts #11508
