Locality:Fairfax Quarry, 6.4 km west of Centreville, Fairfax County, Virginia
Description:Translucent green prehnite crystals in hemispherical aggregates to 25 mm over crystallized mass of white thaumasite. The prehnite crystals have overgrowth of translucent colorless apophyllite crystals to 1 mm and fibrous actinolite to 4 mm. Ex Jeff Weissman collection #505; ex.
