Locality:Boekenhouthoek area, Mpumalanga Province, South Africa
Description:Medium-purple 25 mm amethyst quartz crystal overgrown with smaller 3-6 mm purple amethyst crystals on the prism faces. These amethyst specimens are frequently sold as Cactus Quartz, and mislabeled as from Magaliesberg.
