Description: | Doubly-terminated brown microcline crystal 70 mm long with overgrowth of lustrous translucent brown-black titanite crystals to 28 mm with flattened form. The smaller titanite crystals have a melted appearance caused by simultaneous crystallization. Ex. Dr. Donald Miller collection; ex. Betts #4908 |
