Locality:Uchucchaqua Mine, Oyon Province, Lima Department, Peru
Description:Lustrous transparent brownish-red rhodochrosite crystals to 6 mm intermixed with lustrous transparent smoky quartz crystals to 4 mm. The rhodochrosite crystals are tapered hexagonal prisms with three-faced rhombohedral terminations.
