Locality:Upper New Street Quarry, Paterson, Passaic County, New Jersey
Description:Large 40 mm lustrous transparent-to-translucent apophyllite crystal on greenish basalt coated with colorless translucent rhombohedral calcite crystals to 3 mm and lustrous transparent quartz crystals to 1 mm. The apophyllite was restored (glued). Ex Jeff Weissman collection #451; collected by Kurt Hennig
