Description: | Green malachite pseudomorphs after rhombic azurite crystals to 15 mm with translucent colorless cerussite crystals to 5 mm in crevices. The azurite crystallized first, then altered molecule by molecule to malachite, maintaining the original shape. Ex. W. Keller #5147; ex. David M. Shannon (1942-2004) |
