Mineral:Diamond (0.82 carat pale-yellow macle, twinned crystal)
Locality:Northern Cape Province, South Africa
Description:Lustrous transparent pale-yellow (nearly colorless) natural diamond crystal with triangular shape caused by twinning on the {111} octahedral plane following the Spinel Law of twinning - known as a macle. A few small inclusions are near the outer edges.
Overall Size:7x7x2.5 mm
