Description: | Lustrous blue-black anatase crystals in a compact group of crystals on one face of lustrous white quartz crystals on massive quartz. The anatase crystals are tapered elongated-pyramidal form with stepped faces and show blue transparency under 20x. Ex. Academy of Natural Sciences of Philadelphia collection #19856, ex. William H. Shaw (1855-1900) donated in 1922 by his son. |
