Locality:Tsumeb Mine, Otavi-Bergland District, Oshikoto, Namibia
Description:Lustrous transparent-to-translucent pink-brown rhombohedral smithsonite crystals over pyrite-rich sulfide matrix. The smithsonite crystal are colored pink by cobalt impurities and commonly labeled as Cobaltoan Smithsonite or Cobalt-rich Smithsonite. Ex. Jürgen Zindel collection #9219 (Chemnitz, Germany)
