Mineral:Azurite with Calcite and Malachite
Locality:Tsumeb Mine, Otavi-Bergland District, Oshikoto, Namibia
Description:Large single crystal of translucent blue azurite with scattered areas that partially altered to green malachite and translucent pale-brown calcite crystals to 3 mm on the rear. The azurite crystal is striated bladed form with chisel-shaped termination.
