Description:A large cluster of quartz crystals recovered from a glacial deposit on private property that is collected only one weekend per year. The quartz crystals are transparent with milky outer zones, plus parallel amethyst overgrowth on one large crystal. Ex. Dr. Donald Miller collection; gift from Sal Avella (1928-2013). Weight: 9 kg (20 pounds)
