Mineral:Scheelite on Dolomite with Pyrrhotite
Locality:Morro Velho Mine, Nova Lima, Minas Gerais, Brazil
Description:Elongated group of parallel transparent orange scheelite crystals to 6 mm on translucent colorless dolomite crystals to 8 mm with bronze-metallic pyrrhotite crystals to 1 mm. The scheelite crystals fluoresce bright white under SW UV illumination.
