Description: | Lustrous translucent olive-brown vesuvianite crystals to 20 mm on a larger 40 mm vesuvianite crystal that exhibits post-crystallization deformation with segments like sliced sausage. The vesuvianite was originally in calcite that was dissolved away. Personally collected in 1990 |
