Description: | Lustrous gray-metallic bixbyite pseudomorphs after trapezohedral garnet crystals to 10 mm with cubic black-metallic bixbyite crystals to 1.5 mm. It is uncertain which species of garnet the pseudomorphs are from, probably spessartine. Ex. W. Keller #305 |
