Locality:Blackdene Mine, Ireshopeburn, Weardale, County Durham, England
Description:Lustrous transparent cubic purple fluorite crystals to 19 mm with gray-metallic cubo-octahedral galena crystals to 5 mm. Some of the small fluorite crystals are interpenetrant twinned. The fluorite crystals fluoresce slightly under SW UV illumination. Ex. John Lawson (1942-2024) and Robert Lawson
