Description: | Tabular white strontianite pseudomorphs after prismatic hexagonal celestine crystals to 10 mm on brown calcite crystals to 4 mm. The celestine crystallized first then altered to strontianite that fluoresces and phosphoresces white under UV illumination. Ex Jeff Weissman collection #759 |
