Description: | subparallel cluster of elongated lustrous transparent red rhodochrosite crystals with no matrix attached. The rhodochrosite crystals are scalenohedral form with some crystals exhibiting rhombohedral tips on the terminations. Excellent red color. Collected ca. 1960 |
